All of our apparel is custom made by order, therefore please allow 3-7 business days for processing. We will send you an additional notice once your order has been shipped. For all inquiries on existing orders please email us at queerqueenstravel@gmail.com

Delivery Options

We will be offering free delivery to the following area for a limited time: Scarborough,Ajax, Pickering and West End excluding (Etobicoke and York region).

Pick up

Upon fulfillment of your order we will contact you with the pick up location and time. The pick up locations are in Scarborough and in the West End close to York University.


We will contact you once your order has been shipped. We are currently only shipping within Canada and to the U.S


Prices for all merchandise are in United States Dollars (USD) and subject to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Travel FAQ

Who travels with Queer Queens Travel. ​

Here at Queer Queen Travel our goal is to create a safe, welcoming and fun environment that caters to queer women of colour. Thus those that travel with us are queer queens of colour from across the world.

What kind of group trips do you host? 

We host a range of trips for most we’ll have a mix of cultural immersion which would include experiencing nature, interacting with locals and sightseeing and social which would include parties, networking and other events.  If a trip caters more towards the social aspect we’ll definitely have that listed in the description. 

How old do I have to be to travel with you?

Our trips are aimed at Queens who are 21+

How many guests are there in a group?

Queer Queens travel prides ourselves on creating community and therefore we love to have a fairly intimate experience. In general trip sizes will be around 10-14 guests.

I want to join a trip. What are the next steps?

First off YAY! Second fill out the form for the trip you’re interested in attending and look out for an email from us within 24 hours with further instructions! 

What kind of accommodations are included?

We usually stay in bungalows, villas, large houses etc as opposed to hotels or on resorts.

Is airfare included?

Airfare usually isn’t included unless indicated, this is due to the fact that our Queens are international and things can get a little complicated in regards to visas and other requirements. However we will keep all guests up to date with the best flight deals from your city!

Are monthly payment plans available?

Of course! We want to make our trips as cost effective and accessible as possible!

What are my payment options? 

If you’re a fellow Canadian Queen we accept e-transfer and if you’re international paypal payments. If your bank offers international banks transfers that is an option as well. 

Are we able to get refunds?

Full refunds are available for trips if requested within the first 48 hours after that refunds will adhere to the policy outlined in the terms and conditions. Merchandise is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pandemic FAQ

Due to Covid-19 we understand that there is a lot of uncertainty in regards to travel. Therefore we have put some policies in place to put your mind at ease.  Please note that the refund policies indicated below are specifically related to COVID-19, these policies are subject to change or revocation when Queer Queens Travel sees fit.

What happens if a trip is Cancelled/Postponed? 

If postponed: Any funds already paid into said trip will be applied to new dates given for the postponed trip.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the new dates given. We can apply the paid balance to another Queer Queens Travel Trip provided notice is given 30 days in advance. 

If the trip is cancelled by Queer Queens Travel all funds paid minus the initial non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Deposits are included in all payments regardless of whether the trip was paid in full or larger initial payments were made. Refer to specific trip for initial deposit amount.

What do I do if I no longer want to or are unable to attend?

If for any reason you can no longer attend the trip. Here are your options:

Option A: 100 percent refunds are available within the first 24 hours of purchase. 

Option B: 60 days prior to departure a refund of 40% minus the non-refundable deposit.

Option C: Transfer/sell your spot to a replacement guest,

Queer Queens Travel will not be responsible for finding a replacement guest for you. Please check the terms and conditions for details on how this can be done.   After the deadlines outlined your money is no longer refundable; however you’ll have the option to receive a credit which you can use towards another QQT Trip.
